Yes! We provide practice versions of competition content so you can familiarize yourself with the text before the competition starts. This ensures fair competition and helps you perform your best. Practice sessions are available in the competition details page.
Certificates & Badges
How do I earn a certificate?
Certificates are automatically issued when you complete a typing test with 90% or higher accuracy. The certificate level (Basic, Intermediate, or Expert) depends on your words per minute (WPM) score. Certificates include a unique verification code that employers can use to confirm your typing skills.
Can I share my certificates with employers?
Absolutely! Certificates are designed to be shared. You can download them as PDFs to include in job applications, or share a verification link that allows employers to confirm the certificate's authenticity online. Each certificate has a unique code for verification.
What are badges and how do I earn them?
Badges are achievements you earn for reaching specific milestones, such as maintaining a typing streak, achieving certain speed thresholds, or completing a number of lessons. Badges appear on your profile and can be shared to showcase your progress and dedication.
Do certificates expire?
No, certificates don't expire. However, we recommend keeping your skills sharp by practicing regularly. If you want to demonstrate current proficiency, you can always take a new test to earn an updated certificate with a recent date.
Payments & Wallet
How do I add money to my wallet?
You can top up your Etoskills wallet using credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods we support. Go to your dashboard, click "Wallet & Payouts," and select "Top Up." Follow the secure payment process. Funds are added instantly to your wallet.
How do I withdraw prize money?
To withdraw funds, go to your dashboard and navigate to "Wallet & Payouts." Click "Withdraw" and enter the amount you want to withdraw along with your bank account details. Withdrawals typically process within 3-5 business days. There may be a small processing fee depending on your location.
Are there any fees?
Creating an account and practicing are completely free. Competition entry fees go directly into prize pools. We may charge a small processing fee for withdrawals, which is clearly displayed before you confirm. There are no hidden fees.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and work with trusted payment processors (like Stripe) to handle all transactions. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is processed securely through our payment partners.
